Very Good
It was a nice and quiet view from the 13th floor and the staff was friendly. You can walk to many tram or bus stops within 5 minutes.
The bed wasn’t too comfortable.

Wonderful
Staff assistance was outstanding in meeting our requests. Free drink for no housekeeping service was a good reward. Value for money. The overall experience was great. Bar open late for drinks on Sunday night was also great. Great location.
Off site parking location was confusing to find and we parked in the wrong car park so couldn't get a discount. Carpets could do with a good steam clean?

GREAT stay at Ink.
I like the cleaniliness & well kept room. The shampoo, conditioner & body cleanser is of good quality. The room is also provided with a Nespresso coffee machine which I did not expect. The location is great... within walking distance to Crown where there are good restaurants there. It is also near the tram ride stop & Sky Observatory.
The bed is a bit soft for us. It would be good to provide bottled water as a standard room amenities.
